Advertising & Sponsorship Disclosure

The Sunny Nunny is free to read. Local sponsors and advertisers help pay for it. The Sunny Nunny is run by Black Tide Operations Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16947408). Registered office: 24-26 Office 1, Izabella House, Regent Place, City Centre, Birmingham, United Kingdom, B1 3NJ.

How we label paid content

• Each issue may include up to two sponsor slots. They'll be clearly marked as "Sponsored", "Ad" or "In partnership with", so you always know what's been paid for.
• If we're paid, given something for free or earn a commission for a mention or a link, we'll say so next to it.
• Everything else in the newsletter is chosen by us, not by sponsors.

Some issues may also include ads placed through the beehiiv Ad Network. Those ads are always clearly labelled as ads or sponsored, just like our own sponsor slots.

Our editorial independence

Sponsors don't get to approve, change or veto our news, listings or opinions. Paying for a slot doesn't buy a good review. We only take sponsorship from businesses we're happy to put in front of our readers, and we can say no to any ad.

Your data and sponsors

We don't sell your personal data or give your email address to sponsors. We may share combined figures, such as the number of opens or clicks on their slot. Our Privacy Policy has the details.

Rules we follow

We aim to follow the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising (the CAP Code) and the Advertising Standards Authority's guidance on making ads obviously identifiable.
